The first time I heard these words by Dirk Jakob, I immediately knew: This is exactly what I believe in with all my heart.
I believe that every person is unique and carries far more potential within them than they sometimes realize. Health challenges, personal struggles, or financial worries can cloud our view of what is truly possible. But they do not define who we are.
I choose to see people through the lens of their strengths—not their struggles.
My own life journey has taught me how powerful genuine appreciation can be. When someone feels seen, understood, and truly valued, space is created for real transformation. That is something that continues to inspire me every day.
